About Alan Jackson
Born in Baton Rouge (Louisiana, USA) in 1976, and currently living in the great and glorious megalopolis of Mobile (Alabama, USA), Alan was born and raised a southern boy. A stint in west Texas only took the accent.
He is about music, web, friends and Memphis Basketball. When not counting the days until tip off, you can find him in front of a stage or in front of his computer.
After a few years in Memphis, he made a jump to the giant city of Atlanta (Georgia, USA) for a few years at the Portfolio Center studying illustration. After a few years in south Alabama he started working full time in the web industry.
I have moved back to my “hometown” of Memphis, Tn recently. No regrets so far.

Tugbucket started out as a layout for fun. Trying new things out and making a new site layout. It went a little off the deep in in various ways. After it was said and done, it needed a name. It became tugbucket.
As it stands now, its simplified version made to just deliver information. No real bells and whistles as the point is just to get the point across.
